In Honor of Emil Orlando Temple Blood Drive

Thousands of patients with blood cancers and other deadly diseases could be cured with a blood stem cell donation from a genetically matched donor. YOU could be their only hope. Emil is a perfect example. At just 20 years old, he was diagnosed with aplastic anemia and is in desperate need of a blood stem cell transplant to survive.  He has no matched donors in his family and relies on the Be The Match registry to find his miracle match. Joining the registry is easy and requires a simple cheek swab. Countless blood and platelet transfusions are giving Emil a fighting chance until he finds a match.
